Hi there. I just installed Graphviz on Windows 10 64 bit following the post new-simplified-installation-procedure-on-windows and it seemed to install ok but when I tried to run neato I found that the neato executable was missing. Is there somewhere where I can get this executable for 64 bit Windows.

Yes, this is a known issue:
You have two options:
- Use
dot -Kneato. It’s exactly the same thing as runningneatodirectly. - Install the 32-bit MSBuild version from https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/windows/10/msbuild/Release/Win32/
