so, is there any portable version of graphviz dot file for windows 7 32bit? this can’t be started… and online edition also with jpg files? only Graphviz Visual Editor?

Unfortunately, with Windows 7 well out of support, I think you’ll have trouble finding such a thing.

If you cannot upgrade your operating system, the best option may be running Graphviz on Linux in a virtual machine. Windows 7 does not support WSL or Hyper V, but something like Virtual Box might work.
