Can I use Graphviz to do root cause analysis while using isolation forest?

I am using isolation forest to do anomaly detection and I can detect the anomalies in the dataset. Now, I want to find the root cause of anomalies, can graphviz help me? if yes, how?

I think we might need some further information/background on what an “isolation forest” is and what exact type of “anomalies” you mean.
