The homepage only says to use dot as the default tool for directed graphs.
But it is not clear what is the default tool to use for undirected graphs. Could anybody let me know what is the default tool to use for undirected graphs? Thanks.

There is no default. Choose the tool that works best given the situation.
That’s correct. That being said, neato is a good choice; possibly neato -Goverlap=false should be considered the default.
Maybe this should be made clear on the homepage? It is weird there there is a recommendation for directed graphs but not for undirected graphs.
