Error in plotting twopi model

Hello,

I am trying the twopi layout. While running the code, I get this error:

neato -Tpng twopi2.gv.txt > TF.png
Error: twopi2.gv.txt: syntax error in line 470 scanning a quoted string (missing
endquote? longer than 16384?)
String starting:" ];}

Is this because of the high number of nodes. Please find the attached input file

On line 241, you are missing a double-quote (after SH2B2)
"THRA" -> "SH2B2 [ label=" ",color="blue",arrowhead="normal" ];
