Windows Defender: Trojan warning

Hi all,

I’ve been a happy user of GraphViz but had to install it on Windows yesterday. I downloaded from https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/windows/10/msbuild/Release/Win32/ the file graphviz-2.44.1-win32.zip. Then Windows defender reported to me that gvpr.exe has the threat Program:Win32/Uwasson.A!ml. So I checked with Virustotal as well and I get 23/73 positives: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7e4b39924ae88332bd7036e794cc1f53f2124e72733c51b710ec890e4099dada/detection
Is this just a false positive or did I download a malicious version of Graphviz?
