This is a continuation of [Windows Packages download broken (#1758) · Issues · graphviz / graphviz · GitLab](https://gitlab.com/graphviz/graphviz/-/issues/1758#note_373700675).

@Ellson I wasn’t aware of this. I found the binaries also in [https://www2.graphviz.org/Archive/graphviz/stable/windows/](https://www2.graphviz.org/Archive/graphviz/stable/windows/). Maybe I should remove the copies I uploaded to [Index of /Packages/stable/windows/10/msbuild/Release/Win32](https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/windows/10/msbuild/Release/Win32/) then and instead refer to the this place?

OTOH, the `Archive` is very disorganized and perhaps not something we want to expose to users? In that case we would need another place for manual uploads. Not that I expect this to happen often, but we e.g. have a request for the 2.38 source code packages in [Where to download graphviz 2.38.0? (#1350) · Issues · graphviz / graphviz · GitLab](https://gitlab.com/graphviz/graphviz/-/issues/1350)

BTW @Ellson It’s no longer possible to access the top level `Packages` directory through [https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/](https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/) which was working before. I get:

```auto
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /Packages/ on this server.
```

[https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/](https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/) and [https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/development/](https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/development/) are still accessible.

Somehow Packages/ had lost read permission.

I don’t mind if you manually tidy Archive/ a little, but please don’t delete any files

I did:

```auto
[magjac@www2 Archive]$ pwd
/var/www/html/Archive
magjac@www2 Archive]$ sudo mv graphviz/* .
[magjac@www2 Archive]$ sudo rmdir graphviz/
```

The Windows installer for version 2.38 is now available at: [https://www2.graphviz.org/Archive/stable/windows/graphviz-2.38.msi](https://www2.graphviz.org/Archive/stable/windows/graphviz-2.38.msi)
