I’m trying to use graphviz as a library in Windows 10 however no matter what I try when I run `gvLayout(gvc, graph, "dot");`

I get that error message. I found [this article](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9602127/unable-to-use-dot-layout-graphviz-as-a-library) on stack overflow and tried their fixes but when I try to reference gvplugin\_dot\_layout\_LTX\_library I get a linker error despite linking gvplugin\_dot\_layout.lib and verifying that gvplugin\_dot\_layout\_LTX\_library does exist in said lib.

Any help would be exremely appreciated as this has been very frustrating to try and debug
